*Jalsa **- *is a mixture of fun, love, romance, action, gore & heroism woven around a wafer thin story*.A desperate attempt by the director to show all the emotions in 3 hr time period resulted in comprimising the story.Despite of this director succeeds to hold the viewers attention.Overly Hyped, this movie lives upto the expectations, which is a rare feat in telugu films.

*Story**: Briefly, the movie is all about a student *sanjay sahu*(pawan) his *lovelife* and Destiny.The director succeeds in showing his love life in a pleasent way. Sanjay sahu loves *kamilini* but fails to marry her due to her father’s(prakash raj) denial.Sanjay sahu’s past worries her father and he marries his eldest daughter to another one.This is different from all the telugu movies where hero fights till the end and wins heroine.Now, his other daughter *bhagyamati*(ileana) co-ed of sanjay falls for him.While a factionist *damodar reddy*(mukesh rishi) is desperate to kill sanjay.
What is sanjay’s past?Whats the enimity between sanjay and damodar reddy?.Do sanjay and bhagyamti get married?U know the answer atleast for the last one, offcourse.well the story itself is wafer-thin.Its Trivikram’s screenplay is the one to watch for.
*Performance**:
**Pawan kalyan** is back with a bang.Whole film revolves around his character.Though he overdoes some scenes, on the whole he is a winner*.
**Ileana***did her role well.Colors swati voice suits well for ileana.
*Mukesh rishi **as the villain did superbly.The scene where he confronts with a mafia don is well executed and performed.*Brahmanandam*(as pranav) is again a stregnth of this movie.prakash raj is ok.*Sunil, ali, subramanyam, Tanikella bharani* all are adequate.*Kamilni and parvathi* have less screen presence.
***Dialogue: *********Trivikram srinivas*, ****who Is popularly known for his funny and emotional dialogues makes his mark again.

Music: Its really big asset for this film.**** Nice tunes by devisri prasad.All are hummable tunes and chartbusters.

Direction:* Its good considering weak story, director succeeds to keep the pace of the film throughout.******Second half is lengthy but director holds the viewers attention.
****This flick is a treat for pawan kalyan fans.Its romantic touch and comedy makes this a watchable flick for everyone.Worth watching once.********So weekend pe karo jalsa.***
