One of my Favourites!

’Jane Eyre’ was the only book written by Charolette Bronte.

This book tells the story of a young orphan girl, which often brings to mind the tortures inflicted on Cinderella by her step mother and step sisters.Though the outcome of the story is entirely different.

Jane, luckily ends up in a boarding school, where her experiences teach her the lessons of patience and persistence. The harsh climate and the poor living conditions in the boarding matures her faster than her years. It gives her inner beauty and wisdom.

She is appointed by one Mr .Rochester as a Governess. From the point she meets Mr.Rochester, her life is full of new twists and turns. SHe discovers love , betrayal, lonliness, poverty, friendship.

But what stands out most in the character depiction of Jane is the simple but intelligent and quiet girl..who braves all the storms of life without a whimper. In her character sketch u can see the reflection of Charolette Bront herself.

Jane Eyre is a simple narrative, which speaks of an ordinary girl. It bears some of the melancholy and sadness which was the part of Charoltte Bronte’s nature herself.

Nevertheless, the book has a profound effect on the reader and it leaves one content and happy in the end.
