Japanese Airline, (JAL), flies to most countries in the world.
HISTORY:
JAL inaugurated Japan’s first Boeing 747-400 freighter (B744F) offering 6% greater maximum load weight and 3% more cargo compartment space when compared to conventional Boeing 747 freighters (B747F). The aircraft that had quieter engines and greater fuel efficiency. This was because they wanted to make their clients have an environment-friendly cabin. Because the planes are do not have a painted surface they don’t have to use paint and this saves them money that they pass on to their customers.
Since 2004 JAL flies the B777-300ER and the B787, which are more efficient, economical and environmentally-friendly aircraft. This makes it have 20% more fuel efficient than the B747-400, and produces less noise and exhaust.
WHY I FLY JAL:
I use an IATA appointed Travel Agency to find me the best fares. JAL has always had the same fares that the other airlines do.
At the Airport they have a lot of counters open and you don’t have to wait long to check in.
ON BOARD:
Once you are seated and the plane is about to take off, there is a big at the front of each cabin that is turned on. That is where they show you where the exits are, how to use the oxygen mask and how to use your seat belt. This was the first airline that used take offs and landings on the screen.
They have internet access next to each seat, in flight movies, music, a food selection of Japanese and the food of the country they are flying to/from.
They clean the bathrooms at least once an hour and come through the cabin every half hour cleaning it.
JAL has a mileage plan that I can use for Air Canada’s Aeromiles because both belong to Star Alliance.
MY CONCLUSION:
I have always departed and return on JAL, from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. I have flown in the business class section, (when I was on a business trip) and in coach when I was not. I was treated like royalty in both classes.
JAL has take me to Mexico, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai and Bangkok.
I have enjoyed each leg of the trips. I hope you will try JAL if you have a chance.
