I am constructing my house & have 5 bathrooms & I completely went with jaquar whats disappointing is the WC that I ordered has a manufacturing defect .(cracked at the outlet pipe) & leaking .
As far as I know if there is a manufacturing defect any company will replace this on the spot without questions asked but in your case I have to register a complaint wait for 3 days for your technician to inspect the product at site & then give a certificate to the dealer & then the dealer replaces the product . A process that takes almost a week . why do I have to go through this process when your quality standards are bad!
