I am a resident of 504, Coral-A, Shalimar City, Delhi Wazirabad Road, Ghaziabad.
The builder M/S MR Proview had installed Jaguar Faucets in the entire society,
The Vendor was Combined Enterprises, Noida and there was a promise of 10 years warranty on the Faucets.
The item started leaking after a few months.
The Technicians from Jaguar visited in May and put a washer and minimised the leaks although I had to try very hard to stop the leak.
The system is again giving the problem.
I registered a complain on Jaguar Customer care and the number is 01043658 on 23rd .
The Technician visited and advised that as he does not have spare parts he will come the next day.
He provided a service slip with a noting that Bill not available although I advised him that the stores has the number
and he can have it from there. I even told him that I will pay him the cost of the replaced parts.
After he departed from there I received the message that call issue has been resolved. On contacting him he said I will need to
lodge another complaint and he will come tomorrow if advised.
This is surprising. I am virtually trapped with this Jaguar.
I raised another complaint with the number 01047416.
However if the complaint is not resolved by today I will destroy the item, take photograph of the Faucet and post
on the social media so that people should know the 10 years warranty promise is a FAKE.
