I purchased indian seat from jaquar from itarsi MP. After listening it’s name and fame. I bought two other wall hung which have not been installed as yet. After installing the seat indian our plumber found hair cracks. I reported the matter to customer services of company. They made video and clicked photos. After testing patience for more than one month they refused. I was shocked and wondered about 10 yrs Guarantee. I will recommend nobody should go for jaquar .They r just cheaters
