Very bad experience for service of Jaguar products purchased. No proper response from the call centre and waiting time is endless and at the end no proper response. Have to dedicate 30 mins daily for this. The distributor of Jaguar asks for additional Rs. 500 per bathroom for doing servicing when I refused he dropped the call and left without doing the service and he automatically took the satisfaction code and in their system it showed solved but in reality it wasn’t solved. Pls improve your system otherwise it will be difficult for future sales of the company.
