Pathetic Experience buying at Jashn Store at Growels Mall, Kandivali followed by Jash Store at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon.
Purchased a Saree costing Rs. 12, 799 from Growels Store and stated very clearly that if she did not like I will come and get it exchanged coz the same was a bday gift. the store manager Mr. Mukesh suggested that the same should be taken without going for fitting so that exchange would be possible. I also chosen 3 other sarees in the range of 6-8 K. Told Mr. Mukesh to keep that aside coz I would go and get it exchanged for anyone if she likes.
In this whole thing he never told me that I could only exchange the same for products of same amount on the spot and no Credit Note for Balance amount would be issued.
Today afternoon 4.30 when I and my wife reached she did like one piece but they suggested us to visit the oberoi mall store for some more collection. We selected one saree from that store but the amount of saree was of only Rs. 11, 000.the store manager Mr. Roshan refused to bill the same and issue credit note for the balance amount. As explained by them their system was not supporting credit note issuance cause there was some software updation going on.
They forced us to take other random product amounting to Rs. 1800 cause they would not allow any credit note. I argued stating they should have informed this earlier however they said it is their company policy.
Finally after having so much of argument they wrote on the bill stating in next 30 days.i will have to go to their store alongwith that unwanted product for replacement. if anything happen to that product they wont allow me replacement.
I am seriously shattered with such kind of idiotic experince in the Jash Store.Right now I am feeling like putting a claim on the company for mentally harrassing me for 2 hours and then giving such an unwanted products.
Now I am thinking why even I went to these guys, I want my money back from such kind of fraud companies.
