One welcomed the idea of a lead character with stereotype ugly glasses and braces in her mouth, who is outspoken and in touch with the reality of the world (compare the K-serials on Star and Zee where the lead herione has flawless skin, beautiful clothes and little else to do but cry and pine or love).
But it looks like the show is joining the ranks of the rona-dhona serials, with unpredictable ups and predictable downs..playing too much focus on love interests and sliding in its appeal.
Since the Purab character has taken off from the show (he was sappy and unreal to me), the show has kinda lost its charm, we just have to keep tolerating the bold Jassi no longer defending herself (against the mean jibes of Malaika and Aryan), and to stomach Jassi reacting like a dumb doll to most situations really turned me off from the serial!We of course pity her..but what happened to the strong characterization of Jassi??wasn’t she the one who initially had a ready retort to the jibes of the ’’meanies’’ in the show?
Pardon my frenc but why should she stand their crap???
Where is the show actually leading to..everybody looks muddled up and I think the show’s slowly turning into a bore..what say Jassi fans?
