Hello friends today I am going to write a review on an online shopping site named Jaxtakart.com
Friends this is an online shopping site from where you can buy products of your own choices, friends I am using this site for 3 months and I found everything in this site to be okay except their delivery, last month I ordered t-shirt for me from this site as usual the customer support told to me that the product will come to me within 10 days, actually I have to attend a marriage party on 12th day and a new shirt was on my list but unfortunately I have to wear a old shirt of mine as the shirt I have ordered came to me after 20 days of my order.
Customer service of this site is okay but poor in giving the excuses one could easily understand from their activity that the executives are lying, they keep on changing their words.
Product quality is good whatever product you will order you will receive that product only it never did wrong with the product quality to me.
Delivery of this site is very weak every time they are late on delivering the products.
Dont know much about the app but a website is there which helps to buy products, website is also good looking, and attractive and moreover prices are quite less as compared to other shopping site
Friends through my experience I found that this site is not reliable because in case of emergency you will not receive the product you may get disappointed.
