I had purchased filp cover from this site. They send wrong cover as shown there . when I requested them for replacement they told me it doesn’t fall in there replacement policy.while it was clearly written that if wrong product is shipped then it would be replaced. They are fooling customers. Because product mentioned there is not clear only one image is provided. Also the quality of products are very poor .and charges are just double as compared to local market. Plz think before you buy anything from there. also customer support is very poor. They will take two to three days to reply mail.if you call at custom care they would tell you to send mail .honestly telling no intension to defame.can any tell me how to file case against them in consumer forum.?
