Jayaram, yes he is beyond doubt a great actor and my favourite also. I like to see him in comedy scenes and if it is in the company of Jagathi (yet another great artist), Oduvil, Nedumudi, Mamukoya, Thilakan etc it would rock! And if Satyan Anthikadu is there in the role of the director along with a no-nonsense script almost all the elements for a successful comedy is ready....
Jayaram is one actor without head weight and it seems he never forget the way he came and the faces helpful along....He never acts in life as some of the so-called mega stars do. And I think he is not part of any syndicate active within the industry.
It doesn’t appear to have a paid battalion of ’fan’s behind Jayaram. Then that is because he is not investing much in self marketing and not engaging in dirty manipulations. My choice of Mega Stars are Jagathi Sreekumar, Nedumudi Venu, Oduvil Unnikrisnan, Thilakan etc.. And of course I like the characters Mohanlal presented in many of his past films... Jagadish, Mukesh, Siddiqu, Mamukoya are all actors with talent....
Jayaram craze for elephants and his passion for Percussion instrument, Chenda, show the real artist within him. Coming to Actresses, KPAC Lalitha, Shobhana, Sukumari, Kavyoor Ponnam, Adur Bhavani all deserve a mention here. The range of KPAC Lalitha is amazing! The originality of her charectors is matchless! Sukumari and Shobhana are great actresses I wish to see on films. Wish him success in all his projects!....
