I vividly remember the day I bought my mom’s first car. Maruti suzuki alto vx1.1. We saw the car on a day which was an off day but the showroom was open, so we went in. They did not had the model on display, but we still booked it.
They did not tell us about c firm booking price, hence we paid the usual booking price and told us that if they cannot deliver the car by the promised date they will pay us interest on booking amount. Finally after a delay of over 2 months they delivered us our car but they did not any interest because we did not paid c form booking amount which is basically paying 75% of the car price.
We had the full amount with us in cash yet because of their unrofessionalism we lost huge sum of money. Additionally they didn’t even gave us our yearly subscription of maruti magazine. Highly dissatisfied.
