It seems like a bunch of fools running the hospital administration.
They immediately make a story to admit the patient saying he is critical and then take 5-6 to even arrange for an ointment which was urgently required. Doctors are hesitant to own patients. Seems like everyone is pushing things to each other.
Guess the medical council of India should open eyes to such money making institutions running.
