I have been a regular customer with JCB for the last 7 years. I have noticed a gradual decline in the services. The staff is unprofessional which is rather unbecoming of what we are used to at a salon of your repute, not unlike the many other roadside parlours that spring up now and then. They now loudly chit chat with one another about their personal stuff and their behaviour is loud n callous. I had gone for a Cysteine treatment colour n a cut. Was told by the stylist Akanksha that my wash will be done the next day at 11 am sharp n to be there as she has to go for some shoot at 12:30. I was there exactly at 11 with no sign of her. Waited n then left.. your staff called n asked me to return but Madam had still not arrived. Some junior staff took my wash …half an hour later MsAkanksha comes in. Does a quick colour job n says someone else will cut my hair n left. The person assigned for a haircut had no idea about layering.. so before he could touch my hair I decided not to go ahead with him.
To cut the long story short…they have no respect for your time and are most unprofessional. Their service has plummeted but their prices have shot up. Ended up paying a huge amount… for nothing. I could have called a beautician from Urban Co n would have been better off.
