Pathetic Staff at the reception

They have the most arrogant managers. Inspite of coming to this salon regularly each time I visit Mumbai and having paid them 1000s of rupees in advance, their customer ethics are 0. I booked an appointment for a creative director for color at 7:40 PM. The teamis fully aware that for color I don’t work with with anyone below a style or creative director. Somehow the person made it a 7:30 PM appointment. I was traveling all the way from the airport. I specifically chose this center over the many JCB that were on my way. I was told that if I do not reach by 8 PM, the creative director will leave. By 7:55 I was outside the mall where they were not allowing drop offs due to heavy traffic. By 8:06 PM I arrived at ghe salon and was told the creative director had left. The gay manager was rude and aggressive in his tone and acted as if doing me a favor by offering me a top stylist(again I am not comfortable working with a top stylist for color). Also how does your creative director leave sharp at 8 when a 7:30 slot was booked. Isnt the slot booked for 1.5 hrs. Or wait was he going to just blesd the color and then leave. This place now operates like any regular salon charging exorbitant prices with 0 customer empathy. The gay manager had 0 qualms about making someone travel all the way to south mumbai and then make an excuse to deny service. Also this is not the first time they have screwed up things. Last time I specifically asked for someone who does good eyebrows. They told me they shared their best staff with me and she changed my eyebrows from angled to round. If that was your best, I am better off going to a local salon. They claim all their stylists are good regardless of levels however their top stylist had burnt a woman’s ear while blow drying in my last visit. Clearly they overcharge for their untrained staff and pathetic lazy receptionists. High time when a new salon would come up and eat their business in the same mall. Also cleanliness and hygiene are two words the salon does not recognise at all. There are many unkempt corners and sometimes when they have too many people they will ask you to sit there. Kerastase room isn’t maintained at all. Enrich downstairs is much cleaner and with a better staff attitude.
