I had ordered for one "JSB HF23 Full Back and Neck Kneading Massager" item code HP-JSB-HF23 which I received on 12th October, 2013. But to my utter surprise it is not at all working properly as mentioned under:
Neck massager function not working.
Messaging knobs are not moving up and down but rotating at a single point.
I sent an email to their customer care who after 10 days advised me to contact the JSB Healthcare for addressing my issue but even the JSB Customer Care is not picking up the phone . What the hell! Even after 1 month neither my item is replaced nor my money is refunded by them. Now Im planning to file a complaint in consumer court. Lets hope for the best.
