My sister is a paid member but still hasn’t got any relevant profiles on this site (although her criteria are simple 31-35 age of groom required and so on).
The website still has profiles of already married men but not deleted from their system.
The customer service doesn’t have any idea about the Search profiles works.
Their system sends interests from my name to people who do not match my criteria.
They do not have any facility do check if the phone number provided is right or not.
I prefer other websites like Shaadi.com and Bharatmatrimony.com for their good features and easy to use website.
Jeevansathi doesn’t even have any mobile app yet. I wasted my 4, 500 /- completely.
