I purchased a recliner from Flipkart and Jeeves guys were supposed to install the same. Every time I called them, the customer care people used to say that we are dropping a mail and the engineer will turn up today. but to no avail. Most pathetic service I have seen in this era. Very frustrating service and internal communication mechanism. I kept saying that I have been calling continuously and you guys are just repeating your act, but they couldn’t understand.
Now since I have to complete 400 words, I will just repeat the words which display my feeling. HORRIBLE PATHETIC
