What a shameful company this is! I booked an AC installation on 2nd may, and I was told that the work will be done within 48 hours, i.e., on or before 4th may. I get a call later saying the technician will come on 5th may. I took a leave and waited whole day, but got no call from Jeeves. When I call them, they say I cant expect the service within 3 days of placing the call and that they will surely do the installation on Friday, 6th may. On the morning of 6th, I get a call from Jeeves asking for feedback for their service. When I tell that person that nobody has even called me and that the work is pending, he says hell check n call back, but disappears.
Finally I call them to know whats on their mind, and the call centre guy says the request is cancelled. And guess whats the reason? My number doesnt exist!
I challenge him to call my mobile immediately, and my phone rings. the call centre guy accepts that my number is active, apologises for the goof up, and says he will get it done next day(7th may).
