I have purchased an ac from flip kart which they were to install. From past 3 days everyday they message me that the ac will be installed between 9-7pm but eventually no one comes and neither do they bother to let the customer know about any change in the same. Everyday in nigh I get another message that the installation appointment is changed and I will have uoday oh the new schedule soon. Have never seen such a pathetic service where they simply make the customer fool. Highly dissatisfied. Wish there was negative rating here.
