Sell Fake Extended warranty and torment us if issue occurs. Jeeves will not do any extended warranty service support. Had almost 15 calls over past 1month after issue in my TV. Extended warranty is valid till Apr 2024. But they will keep saying they are not able to find my account, etc, and even if after struggle if we manage to raise a ticket, they will raise as Under warranty and will deny doing service saying call center executive need to raise as extended warranty, which they will not do and closed it. I have all calls recorded from day-1. and more then a dozen emails sent, they dont acknowledge the emails. After closing ticket, some one will call and ask that he is transport guy to pickup the TV.
