I purchased mobile phone Samsung A50 with full protection plan supported by Jeeves. When phone screen broke, Jeeves didn’t provide service satisfactorily very first time and saying only one service is supported as per insurance policy. It is ridiculous to pay for insurance and then additional service charge of 1000/- for the service they never provided and wasted one and half month of time.
