I got my knee surgery here. At point of discharge these guys didn’t gave me my operation CD. After few days with multiple call, they gave me and making sure they wasted my 2 hrs just to get a CD on the day I reach hospital. Now while bringing CD, they checked my Discharge Summary. I know they kept it and as I was in a hurry to office I left at hospital. The next day I went they informed me that they have not kept with them and I enquired from reception to OT to record room etc. I was just moving one place to other. After that I complained to security, the security person also repeated the same process but no result. Here I went there at 2 pm and left home at 5pm empty handed.
