A close friends family just went on a pilgramage tour with Jenson and had the worst experience ever. To begin with- Jenson cut the tour short for reasons of ongoing war (🚨which my friends family + we confirmed, was all false info at the said time). The tour guide LIED about the state of war.
Apart from that horribly unethical reason- he forgot to book the said mode of travel (bus) beforehand and made them travel by train after making senior citizens drag their own luggage through long journeys. He also booked them into a HORRIBLE hotel- a room without fans when france was at its hottest. My friends brother had to sleep on the balcony just to get through the night.
There were a lot more horrible incidents they had to get through during this short time with Jenson BUT
It doesnt end there. 🚨He also threatened to hurt himself and blame it on the person who stood up to address this unethical behaviour from Jenson? How is that okay?
Majority of his audience is the elderly who cant go through any of this stress- who Jenson takes full advantage of.
All of the people on this Lourdes pilgrimage deserve FULL REFUND and more. This was absolutely traumatic for them and an experience they dread after spending their hard earned money.
If there is no immediate action taken on Jensons end were taking this issue viral ASAP.
Please stop scamming people in Gods name. Thats more than unethical.
Oh and also- the good reviews you see on google are most likely PAID. In the past one week 12+ people have come to us with the same issues. Please don’t trust the good reviews and save your money.
