Hi all, I have flown to and fro to Dubai with jet airways. Overall the service provided was very good. Being my first flight and that too an international flight had a very good experience. The staff was very much cooperative. They used to ask each and every person throughout the journey. The food provided was not that good because we cannot expect MAA KE HATH KA KHANA in air. The best thing what I found was the drink system. Alcohol was also served several time. As the journey was just of 3 Hrs couldn’t get more but the staff was very cooperative. The captain kept us updating about the weather outside and the screens fitted on the back of front seats were also showing the summary of the weather outside. I was also able to watch movies and videos and much more. Overall the journey was awesome.
