I am a frequent flyer and have a Jetpriviledge Card. The last time I availed my miles ticket, the way the whole experience and pain of getting the ticket and the handling of the ground staff made me destroy the card and throw it in the dustbin, the fact that my experience was not an aberration was reaffirmed when on the return flight I again had To encounter a similar high handed attitude by the ground staff at Pune, Since my family travels a lot, I had a booking on Jet today from Delhi to Mumbai for my daughter. I web checked her and found that almost all the seats were taken. So I asked my daughter to be in time for the flight, for the 620 flight she reached the counter at 530 and to her dismay she was told that she was late and was offloaded, none of the officials gave any explanation. she was in tears and called me. I asked Ayer to give the phone to the ground staff but true to the horrible xperience they are trained to give, no one took the call. Jet Airways is unscrupulously making money and this needs to be corrected. I shall file a complaint in the consumer court tomorow
