I am a jet privilege member. After enrolling and accquiring 9000 miles! My account is now blicked with no prior communication. When I called their Service Centre I was told it was blocked as they need my photo id proof! First time an airline blocks loyalty account after I have travelled on their airline both domestic! And internation with ID. Anyways I mailed id proof 2 days ago and reply I get today is they are still checking! Checking what exactly? I need to travel next week and unable to access my account as they are still checking! After me accquiring 9000 miles! Is this for real?
