It is a good airline the maintenance of the aircraft is not that good.the prices of the ticket is high according to the destination but one good thing in jet airways is they provide food as amount is taken in the ticket itself.
The service is provided by them in the airport.they take a good care of the passenger’s and the offers provided by the jet airways is too good.
The flight get delays sometimes otherwise they are punctual and food provided by the airlines is manageable. The seats of the aircraft is not that comfortable and not that spacious.
