I have been travelling Jet for the last 6 years and each time it has been a pleasure. They have benchmarked the service standards in the aviation industry and at a time when Indians were captive to the tyranny of Indian Airlines - Jet saved us!!
The first contact with the Jet hospitality happens at the baggage security check when the well dressed mild mannered crew will always pro actively greet you and help you with the baggage including putting it on and off the trolley while other men around you are staring and sizing up your anatomy ( as you must have guessed now - I am a woman). The check in counters have very pleasant people who do not have strange accents and stranger makeup. They are also not partially deaf as the Indian airlines staff consistently seem to be.
The air hostesses and the hosts are a pleasure to interact with. They are cultured and civilized and they seem to love their jobs which makes all the difference! The food is superb. The ’after mint’ is one thing that got me hooked to Jet in the first place.
The connectivity and timings are excellent. So is the punctuality.
Everyone must travel Jet to experience what world class service is all about !
