I got up at 4 in the morning to be at my flight an hour early. We waited for 4 hours until they told us our flight was cancelled due to nagivation problems. They then made us stand up in line for 2 hours to rebook and we are now leaving a day later.
Other people told us similar things happened to them when there was not many people in one flight (so they can not waste a plane they rebook everyone so everything else is full). We wrote down the plane number and the flight a few hours later USED OUR PLANE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I fly regularly but this was my first time using this company and it won’t happen again.
This is one sneaky company in many ways.
