I made a double payment for an air ticket and called them immediately to rectify the mistake. After several e mails and as many phone calls - NOTHING. In this age of computers and internet I think Jet Airways handles everything manually.
Their highly competent customer care executives obviously have a tough time reading, deciphering and replying to customer e mails.
As a result of their inefficiency my credit card interst is piling up as they absolutely ignore my several reminders to refund my double payment.
I have now realised that their wild promises of exceptional customer service are nothing but a way of concealing their miserable service and fooling customers.
