I travelled on Jet Airways 9W-531 from Sharjah to Mangalore on 21st of May 2014.Upon arrival at Mangalore I found out that one of my bag was missing. I had to attend my first cousins wedding on 21st afternoon and all my clothes for the wedding were in the baggage that went missing due to your responsibility.
My bag also contained food stuff like chocolates, custard and other items which had to be kept in a cool environment. Its been informed to me that my baggage has reached Cochin and it will arrive on the next flight.
Due to your company’s irresponsibility I had to purchase another Sherwani worth 6000 rupees to attend the wedding.
Due to your negligence all my food stuff is sure to get spoilt and I want to know who is going to bear my losses.I even sent an email to their mishandled baggage account and I have still not heard from them. Customer care calls me up and bluffs about not being able to locate my baggage after 24 hrs when it was actually located in Cochin 12 hrs earlier.
This is not the first time its happened to me or my family.Im a frequent flyer and I have travelled on almost all the airline of the world but this has happened thrice to me on Jet Airways.I am very unhappy with your service.This is absolutely not acceptable from your airline.
