Worst Services and fraud customer care agents

Today I missed my early flight from Mumbai airport due to Jetairways Check in counter kiosk. The self check in was not working and web checking was also not working . SO I have to wait in the queue and when my turn came for checking. She said we can’t take you in the flight and I explained her the problem but she was very arrogant and so her manager . These staff in the Jet airways are low paid so they are taking frustration on passengers .


I won’t even recommend anybody for the Jet airway .
