Well I have a faced a similar problem; I had to catch a Jet airways flight at 10:30; I reached the counter at 9:45 coz I was staying 41/2 away from Mumbai and we literally spent that time on bike to reach the airport; when I reach there due to the fact that I was already late and was very new to Mumbai airport and also travelling alone for first time, I stood at the jet lite counter; when it was my turn the lady informed me that Jet Airways counter is further ahead. I raced towards the counter she indicated.
However, the lady over there refused to take me as a special case and let me break the que. The other passenger were in for the next flight which was after and hour or so. So finally when I reaced the window it was already 10 and she refused to take me in. She directed me to her supervisor who was all the more rude and refused to let me in when I just had a hand baggage. Later I found out that the problem was because of flight being over booked!!! That’s the plight of jet airways and from that day on, I refuse to ever fly by jet airways!!!! One experience is all it takes to either or break the bond!
I am writing in this review not to restrict other people from flying by this airline. It’s just for your information!
