I reached almost on time for my flight to bangalore from Hyderabad, after reaching the check in queue I informed the lady standing there that I have a 6:10 flight to bangalore and she was unmoved. So I went to the line and after few mins she says bangalore flight please go to the counter quickly and when I went there they said you are already late by 5mins and can’t issue the boarding pass. I was with my wife and kid and requested for boarding pass as it was still another 35-40mins for the flight take off but they denied. So for my Rs 6500 tickets they have processed a refund of 1500 which is still not credited to my account. Please be careful before booking with these guys.
