I am living in kuwait and have two time flying experience in Jet Airways. First of all in smaller flights seating arrangement is uncomfortable. Further they don’t allow duty free shopping considering all airline operated from kuwait to India allow duty free shopping. Further the staff at Mumbai airport is of last lower category as they don’t allow even one kg weight extra. So my opinion they need to improve there staff, seating arrangement, and look out passenger problems.
