This is the worst airline company I have ever travelled in... I have travelled 3 times and everytime my experience was no different... I will recommend people NEVER EVER travel in Jet Airways... The worst crew I have ever seen... Very arrogant and everyone have some kind of attitude problem... Not all all helping... The company is really profit oriented and can go to any level... I have travelled from Delhi, Ahemedabad & Chennai...
At Delhi, I weighed my luggage before reaching airport and kept 2 Kgs below the allowed mark… But at the airport my luggage was over the limits… I do not know which scales they use… I checked my luggage after landing with 3 different scales and it was same as when I measured first time… They just want peoples money using bad means…
At Ahemedabad the ground staff was hopeless, everyone had an attitude... very rude while dealing with custumers...
At Chennai they said that I have no seat on the flight while I had a confirmed ticket in my hand... Well at the end they gave me a seat... but the pain and trouble you have to go through talking the staff is not at all worth it when you are travelling...
Hope this will help you guys not to buy tickets from Jet Airways...
