I don’t have may big complaints. Just a couple of things. Recently I had made a round trip between Chennai & Delhi, in economy class. Though the service is good, the airline needs to improve in the timing. In both the ways, the airline is delayed by around 15-30 mins. In my return trip, I have to catch a train. I have only an hour. If the airline could have kept its time, I could very easily catch up the time. Rather it is 30 mins late, for which I need to do some gimmicks in driving to catch up the train. Any way, another thing is, I don’t know why they are not serving alcohol ? The food was really good. The airhostess are friendly with animated smile. Another big thing I need to say is there is no in-flight entertainment. Atleast they could have provided a common video or an individual audio.
