The Jet Privilege program is a big farce. Just try its redemption option and one would know that they just don’t care about people befitting from the program ! Have tried multiple times to redeem my miles for tickets but !!! 1 ticket available in every flight in Mum-Del sector, that too in Jan / Feb time frame. Try Mum-Goa, even worse, NOTHING available.
Have written to Jet multiple times in the past. Same old crap on more revenue ticket and limited numbers for redemption. 1 ticket in every flight !!! Make that ZERO will be the same. Name the sector and tickets are not available. They just believe in people flying and accruing miles with no benefits post that. Try KF or even IA ... excellent options available and you can get free tickets in almost every flight even a couple of days before. Jet is simply cheating it’s regular customers.
The best part is they win best loyalty program awards. What a joke. Guess they have enough money with them on wasted miles to buy such stuff every year.
