Mumbai to London with Jet Airways was the most terrible experience I have had on an aircraft. The lodge team vanish in the wake of giving you your feast. When you call them they come to you with a ’false grin’. The wine was dreadful. The plane was unclean and greatly uproarious. I had booked a particular supper subsequent to attempting to sign onto the site.
Was not served the feast requested. The plate were not cleared for 60 minutes after we completed, longer for the children as they were served a hour prior to us! The diversion on board was essential no doubt. We felt like unwelcome visitors! They have no clue about client administration.
