Complete apathy to Customers

I am a frequent traveller between Ahmedabad and Mumbai on Jet. Every time I book the ticket, mostly online, I am asked for my meal preference (which is Non-veg) . And every time I do a tele check in, I am again asked for my meal preference, However every time, I get a vegetarian meal. I wrote to the customer service about it only to be told  that  since it is a short flight (1hour) they cannot serve a non vegetarian meal.


I have two issues with this. If it is indeed a vegetarian flight, why do you ask for my preference.. Secondly what additional effort do you need to make to serve a non-veg meal. It is not asif you cook on board.


Baggage handling at some of the airports is pathetic. You may have your baggage tagged as priority at the time of check-in (a privilege given to frequent fliers). But that does not guarantee your baggage coming out first. Very often I have had my priority tagged bags coming out last.


I have had instances when messages of rescheduling of flights have been sent just 15 minutes before the scheduled time. So what does one do with the message? One instance when the flight what rescheduled from 10.20 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. ( I think two flights going to the same destination were clubbed), I got the message on my mobile of the changed timing at 8.45 p.m.. So all I could do is miss the flight....
