I had to travel from bangalore to ahmedabad. Night 9.30 flight it was. They showed(dispay board) it delayed by one hour.. and I was waiting.. till 10.30. They changed the status to security check in @ 10.30. I ran to the counter for boarding pass, the lady told me sorry sir you are late. After harassing me for long time, after making some phone calls she gave me the pass and told to run to the boarding gate, I ran with all my strength , (she even had refused to take my baggage and asked me to leave it in the airport) .
After reaching the gate, the officials said don’t panic, go and sit there we have not yest started boarding. They boarded before 5 mins of departure time.
During the flight there was some fight between air hostess and passengers. I felt like I am in BMTC bus.
Return ticket I had with Indigo and a very nice service, they gave. I had no problem at all.
