My flight was at 2:20 pm, I reached airport at 1:30 pm. Guess what.I was not allowed to board the flight. Such a communication gap among the jet airways staff, which resulted in delay in providing me the boarding pass and soon it was 1:47 pm when I reach the counter where they said’Sir it not possible to board this flight as you are late’. WTF. What do they expect from us should we reach 3 hours before for a domestic flight. 0 Rs. Refunded for 5800 rs ticket.
All I would say is avoid jet airways.
