Put a smart bunch of young people to do a job, and the result is Jet Airways. Jet airways was my connecting flight from B’bay to B’lore.
My Air India plane from Paris was delayed by 8 hrs. Without any information from my side, the staff at Jet rearranged my schedule, so that I was able to reach B’lore the same.
I can’t express how delighted I was with the service provided by Jet, after the disastrous flight that I had with AI.
Will always use this carrier for domestic flights.
