I recently travelled by the pune delhi flight and must say that their hospitality is superb! They are improving day by day.
Myself and my lil ones were treated with utmost care and attention by the ground staff and in flight attendants. I have been travelling thru different airlines and this is an airline with a difference when it comes to services. Jet ensures that they r amply staffed and they have the right people at right place. Must say that any family traveller should go by JET if u have infants and small children accompanying you. it is just as any good international travel experience. Not to forget that the food was very good.
Though the delhi -Indore sector isn’t upto mark. may be they should do something about it too.On the other hand the name JETLITE is pretty misleading. There is no touch of JET in it.
Why did they put their name there at all???? Poor services...staff is rude and the food served is also v lite.
