Whatever others say, whenever I book a ticket on Jet Airlines or Jet Konnect, I have the comfort that flight will be on time.
That it won’t get cancelled and I will be treated well. There is a big difference between Jet and other airlines when it come to Operations in India.
My ticket was from Bangalore to Indore and they cancelled the flight, but they gave me alternate options which worked out well.
When you are talking to a Jet employee, you feel satisfied with their professionalism and attitude.
Recently they started giving complementary snacks in Jet Konnect also.
That’s a great wow, other airlines would have charged you Rs 300/= for that.
Given a choice, I would always love to travel via Jet airlines.
