Terrible Baggage handling

On 16/11/17 was traveling from Mumbai to Delhi on Jetairways flight 9W 351 the flight landed before time but the baggage came to the conveyer belt late and to add to my agony my Bag came last on the conveyer belt, and I had to rush for a meeting straight away to Gurugram.


The bag I received was in torn condition I did not see a Jet airways staff around and I thought the write way was to email jetairways for the same with pictures not knowing that I was supposed to address or complaint to ground staff as I havent experience such a thing before.


I emailed the guest relations they guided me the baggage team email address and I emailed them they reverted asking for details which I did.


they even escalated my issue but the one point that their holding against me is that I did not report to ground staff and I emailed on the same day.


finally few days back which is 1 month from the instance they said we cant do anything and forget it about and take it is as one off instance


why dont u take it as one of instance and forget the reprting part at airport and compensate for my loss my bag was not even over weight 10kgs to be precise they have all data for weight etc.


People please if you ever face something like this inform ground staff get a complaint number or Jet airways will make excuses for the loss. they dont care sorry is the best escape route.
