They just make money, no care for customer

My experience with Jet Airways has been very bad. I wonder that the Jet Airways Staff is rude and not at all helpful. I had to take a flight from Delhi to Bangalore on 28th Oct at 7:10 AM. I was traveling alone with infant. I reached at the checkin desk at 6:20 AM and the lady at the check in desk refused to check in. I was told to look for next flight status. When I checked at the counter no direct ticket was available in economy class on the same day and next day. I was told ticket is available in the business class.


I was asked to take a hop over from del to mumbai and mumbai to Bangalore. on top of that I paid 11.2 K extra. So the total cost of travel was 23k. I have traveled by all other airlines, I have not seen such treatment in other airlines as I faced in Jet airways. I am sure that my ticket must had been sold to someone else at a higher price and I was refused to board the flight and then I was asked to pay more money. Isn’t it making people fool? Taking a hop over flight with 17 months infant, my child got sick on the way. Sigh! I reached airport late but it was not too late to be managed. I am very disappointed with Jet Airways and will never recommend it to anyone else. GoAir and Indigo are much better than Jet Airways.
