This is with reference to the above subject, My brother was travelling on an official tour to the US from 21st March to 28th March 2014 and travelling back from Boston via Jet Blue and Jet Airways Flight on 28th March, my luggage was found missing when I reached here in Mumbai on 28th March 2014.
I would like to inform you that he was attending a conference for Oracle in Boston called as Oracle Industry Connect and also had some clients meeting in New York and Boston. I have been a regular traveler with Jet Airways for both domestic and International travel and this is the 1st time this incident has happened to me and it leaves a bad taste for me in terms of travelling with Jet Airways again on an International trip. This is an unfortunate incident where I have to spend energies in writing for such an incident, then following up and then waiting for the bag to be delivered and creates unnecessary stress after a successful official trip. At the Jet Airways counter, I was given a receipt with the above details and was told that the bag will come with today’s flight and will be send to me on Monday morning (31st March 2014). Since the bag has all my clothes for use of official purpose it becomes utmost important to get the bag to be delivered at my residence on Monday itself.
